The following Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) serves as a binding agreement between Cointracts and you, the user. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions under which any refund may or may not be processed. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. We encourage you to take your time and review this Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about your rights and obligations with respect to using the Services. 

a) Challenge fees are generally non-refundable upon purchase, except in the specific circumstances described below.

b) Duplicate Charge and Technical Refund: (i) Duplicate Charge: Where Cointracts verifies that a Trader has been charged more than once for the same order without a corresponding additional Service being purchased, Cointracts will refund the duplicate amount collected. (ii) Technical Fault: Where a verified technical fault attributable to Cointracts prevents delivery of the purchased Service, Cointracts will restore or reset the affected Service as its primary remedy; where the Service cannot be delivered, Cointracts will refund the affected fee.

c) Conditions for Refund of Challenge Fees: For 2-Step Challenges, users who satisfactorily complete both evaluation phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2) of our Trading Challenge and reach their first profit split day are eligible for a full refund of the challenge fee originally paid for that level. For 1-Step Challenges, users who satisfactorily complete the single evaluation phase and reach their first profit split day are eligible for a full refund of the challenge fee originally paid for that level. The refunded amount can then be applied toward participation in new challenge levels. This challenge-fee reimbursement is available only where the user meets all specified objectives during the applicable evaluation phase(s) of the selected challenge level and has not been disqualified prior to their first profit split day. To qualify for the refund, users must complete the required evaluation phase(s) diligently, adhering to the predetermined criteria and within the designated trading parameters. Users can choose to use their refunded funds to advance to more challenging levels, continuing their growth within the Cointracts trading ecosystem. The eligibility conditions in this paragraph (c) apply only to the challenge-fee reimbursement described above. They do not apply to refunds under paragraph (b).
